Seared scallops with onion bacon cream sauce, fine herbs
Duck confit with cauliflower puree, potato gratin, glazed carrots and red wine jus
Mille feuille with citron cream and fresh berries
Heart shaped cookies to take home!
We will be serving wine and beer during dinner.
This class is $250 nett per pair so please put 1 next to the number of people and bring someone with you to enjoy the class! We will be cooking in pairs!
