The Art Of Bread Making (European Breads Module 1)
Learn the art of bread-making, beginning with basic doughs that can be used for an array of other breads. We will learn how to make a pizza dough which would used to create a Middle Eastern Pide and Italian styled Calzone. From Italy, we will make the iconic herbed Foccacia with Gremolata.
We will also explore making crusty baguettes using a basic sourdough starter.
Lastly, we will make German Styled Pretzels
