5 Days Intensive Singapore Heritage Cuisine - Peranakan
This 5 day intensive hands on course focuses on Singapore's Peranakan heritage flavours. Peranakans refers to descendants of early Chinese migrants who settled in Penang, Malacca, Singapore and Indonesia inter-marrying with local Malays and combines Chinese, Malay and other influences. Participants will work in pairs although some group work may be necessary.
