5 Days Intensive Singapore Heritage Cuisine - Hawker Style
This 5 day intensive hands on course focuses on Singapore's Hawker heritage flavours. Hawker centres offer a wide range of mouth-watering dishes that brings together the different cultures in Singapore, a place where Singaporeans can interact and bond. Participants will work in pairs although some group work may be necessary.
Wonton noodle (dry and soup)
Green Bean Soup
Fried carrot cake (black and white) (chai tao kway)
Barley with gingko and bean sheet dessert
Grilled mackerel otah
Satay (serve with rice cake, peanut sauce)
Deep Fry Sweet Potato Balls
Bak chor mee (serve with soup)
Mung Bean Dessert
