This 5 day intensive hands on course focuses on Singapore's Hawker heritage flavours. Hawker centres offer a wide range of mouth-watering dishes that brings together the different cultures in Singapore, a place where Singaporeans can interact and bond. Participants will work in pairs although some group work may be necessary.

Hainanese chicken rice (serve with soup, chili sauce)
Wonton noodle (dry and soup)
Mixed fruits rojak
Mung bean dessert (dao suan)
Stir fry flat rice noodle (char koay teow)
Fried carrot cake (black and white) (chai tao kway)
Steamed rice cake with condiments (chwee kway)
Barley with bean sheet dessert

Satay (serve with rice cake, peanut sauce)
