The rounded end Vietnamese baguettes have swept across Continents, renowned for its light airy texture with a thin crispy crust.

Learn the secret of baking this marvelous loaf which uses some rice flour and two Asian bread making techniques and another which is that of the classic Western crusty bread .

The class also includes the preparation of the pork filling and carrot/ radish pickle.

At end of class, enjoy a hearty meal with other participants while savouring your own creation.
