We'll be making the Sponge Batter, Crème Patisserie (Chocolate) and Whipped Cream...all from scratch!

You'll assemble and decorate, and bring home your very own Foret Noire! This is hands-on workshop and you will bring home a 6 inch round cake.

So remember to bring a round container (wider than 7 inches)!
