Culinary Arts Korean Techniques Module 1
Learn the basic techniques and culinary knowledge to make Korean Cuisine for a cafe kitchen. The focus will be on making popular recipes typically found in Korean cafes and restaurants.
The lessons will cover the art of fermentation, making rice, soups, stews meat marination, frying noodles and preparing pancakes.
Fermentation kimchi (Fermented cabbage)
Rice bi bim bap (Steamed rice with mixed assorted vegetables and meat)
Soup sam bye tang (Ginseng chicken soup)
Noodle jap chae (Stir fried noodles)
Stew sun du bu jig ae (Spicy bean curb stew with clams)
Pancake kimchi jeon (Kimchi pancake)
Pa jeon (Spring onion pancake)
