Learn the basic techniques and culinary knowledge to make Healthy Cuisine for a café kitchen. The focus will be on learning how to make and serve healthy meals focusing on less oil, less fat and carbohydrates. Learn how to use the dehydrator, spiraliser, blender and food processor to make raw and cooked meals that are packed with wholesome goodness.

Introduction to a vegan diet. This menu is based on a plant based diet without use of animal products.
