Salmon Aburi Sushi

Salmon aburi is achieved made by blow torching the mayonnaise topping on top of the sushi. This technique gives the sushi a nice grilled flavour.

Tofu Miso Soup

Learn how to make dashi, which is the cooking base for miso soup using kelp and bonito flakes.
