This Course will focus on making a versatile dough that is easy to manipulate and holds good flavour.

Also, we will cover 3 different varieties of pizza toppings that has stood the test of time.

Margherita - Tomato, Mozzarella, Oregano

Tartufata - Truffle Cream, Mushrooms
