Each country has an iconic cake that has become synonymous with its cuisine and has been passed down throughout the generations. Most of them represent major celebrations or were made in commemoration of the achievements of certain influential people.

This course not only teaches you to make the cakes but also serves to pass down the heritage and memories that are associated with the dessert.
