The Chef in Training series is, for the home gourmand, a comprehensive launch pad to becoming a proficient cook. Taught by professionally trained chefs, participants will be guided through a series of basic culinary skills that help establish a firm foundation. Every Chef in Training series contains multiple modules, which can be signed up individually or as a whole series. All our classes are conducted in a pristine, air-conditioned, 2,000sqft kitchen that utilises the best of both commercial and domestic appliances.
