Combining the best of the both worlds, this course covers an iconic Christmas bread and decadent desserts to awe your family and friends this season. 

Stollen, a light and uniquely shaped bread, filled with dried fruits is one of the notable breads during this festive season. We will also make a Chocolate log cake that will be decorated with buttercream.

Everyone has their favourite kind of fruit cake - dense, light, full flavoured, bitter with molasses. On our menu is an English Dark fruit cake that is commonly basted with brandy for months before Christmas. Finally, Palate’s rendition of an eggnog in the form of a pannacotta that makes for a really quick dessert.
