Fully hands-on from scratch! Everything made from scratch in this workshop, if that's what you like to do!

We'll be making the Sponge Batter, Creme Patisserie (Chocolate) and Whipped Cream...all from scratch!

You'll assemble and decorate, and bring home your very own Foret Noire! This is hands-on workshop and you will bring home a 6 inch round cake. 

So remember to bring a round container (wider than 7 inches)!
