We want to keep Sourdough breads as natural as possible, even when it comes to adding flavours to jive it up a little. This course looks towards natural sources of color to make a loaf look, smell and taste astounding.

The Blue Pea flower, gives a tinge of blue and lavender color, an ingredient commonly used in our kuehs in Southeast Asia.

Purple Sweet Potatoes produce a vibrant purple color.

Pumpkin will give you a subtle yellow hue.

These ingredients will be mixed into our doughs and to create aromatic breads for our kopi in the morning.
