Traditionally eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month which happens to be on 22 June 2023.

In the olden days, no one buys or sells bak chang because every family would make their own. Now, because it requires a lot of work, very few people make them at home, and even fewer know the what & how to prepare bak chang.

In this fully individual hands-on workshop, you will get to know the ingredients, prepare them and be guided step-by-step on how to fold-wrap-tie and cook the bak chang!
