Have you always wanted to learn how to shoot artistic and creative food photography for your social media and photo albums? Discover trade secrets, useful tricks and practical tips directly from an experienced professional multiple award winning photographer and stylist who is also a certified chef. Suitable for those who have attended the basic course, as well as those who already have some basic photographic foundations and experience.

- Understand advanced principles of photography especially in relation to food photography.

- Uncover how to best light your food items using a combination of ambient natural sunlight and assisted artificial lighting equipment.

- Learn about the various photographic accessories and miscellaneous equipment that can further enhance your shots.

- Master the creative and artistic aspects of food photography such as proper composition, playing with different angles, framing your shots, etc.

- Discover how to use and arrange props and accessories such as nice crockery, cutlery, flowers, etc to compliment, enhance and style up the food set.

- Experiment making visually ugly and aesthetically unappealing food dishes look good with advanced plating, food styling and set arrangement techniques.All participants are to bring their camera equipments (dslr, mirrorless) and accessories (tripods, lenses, lights, etc), and/or at least their fully charged up mobile phones. I will focus on mobile phone photography as this is what everyone has on hand at the very least. The principals of photography and physics of light applies the same to any photographic or videographic equipments including our mobile phones.
