In our intensive cooking classes, you will spend focused time mastering specific skills. For greater flexibility, the classes are available on either 5 to 8 consecutive days or once a week on the weekends.

Chef in Training

The Chef in Training series is, for the home gourmand, a comprehensive launch pad to becoming a proficient cook. Specially created for beginners, these chef training classes are taught by professionally trained chefs over 8 sessions, participants will be guided through a series of basic culinary skills that help establish a firm foundation.

5 Day Intensive Classes

Focusing on specific cuisines or techniques, these professional cooking classes are taught over 5 days. They are highly suitable for those who have completed the Foundation classes in Chef in Training, for those with specific interests and for professional chefs wanting to expand their repertoire.
