Chef Kingsley Tan graduated from At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy with an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts. With 10 years of culinary experience, Chef Tan is trained in both Asian and Western Cuisine. His depth of experience includes 5 star establishments such as The Sentosa Resort & Spa to Korean family restaurant Hansang and Singaporean establishments such as TP125 Coffee Station and Chang Cheng Mee Wah. Chef Tan is currently a Culinary Consultant at Oriental Buds. Chef Tan joins Palate Sensations as a guest chef. He is predominately in charge of providing Singaporean cuisine classes for tourists and cooking enthusiasts alike.
