Gift worthy cakes such as chocolate ganache cake, cake pops and Christmas log cake are all possible with our chef’s guidance.
Participants enrolled in our pastry classes will learn both Western pastry such as French croissants and madeleines and Asian pastry such as pineapple tarts and flaky pastry filled with red bean paste. In our Chocolate series, we discover the basics of chocolate making, from working with chocolate to making simple, gorgeous ganache to professionally tempering chocolate so you can work with it to create a whole gorgeous array of delights. Participants will take home their own chocolate creations together with lots of hints and tips to be able to make chocolate easily at home.
