On special days, we open the kitchen at Palate Sensations to those who would like to dine with us. We give you a chance to sample our cooking so sit back, relax and enjoy the delicious meal our Executive and Guest Chefs will cook for you. Each booking must be for a minimum of 2 guests. We accept up to a maximum of 20 guests per session. Guests will seat communal style in large long tables either in our main kitchen area or outdoors. The choice is yours. If you like to see the action, we recommend the main kitchen.

If you have any dietary requirements, do inform us.

As we are not a restaurant, we are not able to cater for walk in customers. The private kitchen is strictly by bookings only.

We give you a chance to sample our cooking so sit back, relax and enjoy the delicious meal that Chef Christopher Tung will cook for you. We take a minimum of 2 guests to a maximum of 20 guests for dinner. Guests will seat communal style in large long tables . If you like to see the action, we recommend you check out what he's up to in the kitchen. Bring a bottle as there is no corkage charge. This evening's theme is inspired by The Godfather. This is a violent mafia movie bound together by family obligations. Food in an Italian family plays a big part and is always part of many scenes throughout The Godfather Series. Join Chef Christopher Tung as we recreate a menu inspired by the series. The menu will be: Sformatino di melanzane e mozzarella con salsa di pomodoro (eggplant, mozzarella terrine with tomato sauce) Tagliatelle al ragu bianco (Homemade pasta with pork lemon sauce) Panna cotto con salsa di lamponi (Panna cotta with raspberry coulis) Home made foccacia will also be served.
