An Introduction to Xi Yan Culinary Art
The traditional Chinese banquet is highly structured with courses served in a set order, and most significantly it is based on a specific cuisine: for instance over the entire dinner if it is Cantonese, it is Cantonese from beginning to end. The various types of Chinese and other Asian cuisines share many similar roots; at Xi Yan we have reinterpreted the Chinese banquet to bring together these various cuisines to create a really exciting culinary experience that is both eclectic and a fusion of the East, paced to challenge your taste buds.
These are Xi Yan’s cuisines.
