Everyone knows that every Italian Chef initially learnt how to cook from their Mamma or Grandmother. At Palate Sensations, we bypass the Italian Chef and bring you to the heart of Italian culinary knowledge, The Italian Mamma.

Daniela Offredi was born in Milan (Italy) where she studied foreign languages and started her career as a public relations advisor.

Married to an Italian and mother of one son, she spent the last twenty years abroad in Holland, Austria, France and Singapore discovering that her true passion was developing and perfecting traditional authentic Italian cuisine while making her family happy.

Daniela learnt to cook from her mother in Milan and from her aunt while visiting her in Rome. She picked up from them little secrets for tasty, refined and creative cooking. This long heritage is always present in her creations which are simple and repraesentative of the genuine style of Italian cuisine passed down from generations of her family.

Daniela’s cuisine has been widely featured and celebrated in magazines such as Wine & Dine, U Weekly, Motherhood and Home & Decor. She has also appeared on radio 93.8 talking about staying true to Italian Cuisine.
