Our studio is equipped with a state- of- the- art open concept kitchen by Brandt and is built specifically for a hands on cooking experience.    Working together with some of Singapore and Asia’s most popular restaurants and chefs, Palate Sensations is able to offer a broad variety of hands on cooking classes spanning international cuisines from French and Italian to Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines from Chinese, Thai and Peranakan to Vietnamese.  Our aim is to offer a variety of cuisines to please all palates. 

Our classes are perfect for anyone, from avid ‘foodies’ to complete novices who want to have fun in the kitchen.  Each scheduled class is limited to 12 participants clustered in small groups to ensure everyone has as much hands on experience as possible and is able to get up close and personal with our chefs.  After everyone has enjoyed the relaxed, informative, and lively class, adjourn to our private dining room to sit down and enjoy a great meal you helped prepare.  Before you scoot off, you will be given your very own Palate Sensations apron and a set of recipes as souvenirs of your time with us.

Start compiling your own favorite recipes by enrolling in one of our 3 hour cuisine based classes or build your skills and knowledge with our lengthier  workshops lasting as short as 2 weekends or as long as 8 Saturdays.  Some of our most popular skills based classes have included the 8 Week Basic Skills – Western Techniques, 6 Weeks Advanced skills – Western Techniques, 5 Weeks French Immersion – Regional French Cuisine, 4 Modules Basic & Intermediate Baking, and 5 Modules Basic & Intermediate Thai Cuisine.

To add to your experience and comfort, the studio is fully air conditioned.  Furnished with a liquor license and a 150 bottle Brandt chiller, the studio is stocked with great New World and Old World wines, beers and a range of soft drinks.  For coffee drinkers, our Nespresso machine makes you a perfect cappuccino, espresso or latte.
