about Bertrand Cheo

Chef Bertrand Cheo is a professional Chef with 12 years of accumulated experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Trained in European cuisine and also exposed to Asian cuisine, he is continually seeking improvements in enhancing his skills and knowledge in various cuisines.  His previous work experience has included stints at Flutes at The Fort, Au Petit Salut, Senso, Duo, Raffles Hotel and Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel to name a few.  Most recently, he was The Executive Chef at My Blood Type Restaurant, a restaurant specializing in cuisine according to a person's blood type.
