Join us for a traditional Italian Christmas with lots of good food and laughter.

Rotolo di Magro ai Funghi
Baked crepes rolled with ricotta cheese and mushrooms in a butter and sage sauce

Roasted turkey with chestnuts in a truffle cream sauce, served with gratin potatoes and mixed salad

As this is already a very rich meal, we will be serving some ice cream to end the meal. The class fee also includes a glass of Sicilian wine.

PRIVATE KITCHEN - SATURDAY EVENING


On Saturday evenings, we open the kitchen at Palate Sensations to those who would like to dine with us. We give you a chance to sample our cooking so sit back, relax and enjoy the delicious meal Chef Bertrand will cook for you. We take a minimum of 2 guests to a maximum of 20 guests for dinner. Guests will seat communal style in large long tables either in our dining room or in our main kitchen area or on our balcony. The choice is yours. If you like to see the action, we recommend the main kitchen.

Today's set menu will start off with:

A glass of Prosecco or soft drink

Celery & carrot soup

Cod papillote (baked cod with Japan soy sauce on seasonal vegetables)

Apple & banana crumble

Coffee or tea to end the meal

If you have any dietary requirements, do inform us.

This is a delicious film about love, tradition, passion, communication, and food. This gives new meaning to the cliché 'the way to a man's heart is through his stomach'. This film describes a very traditional Mexican family and the importance of food in showing one's feelings.

Caldo tlalpenio (soup)
-Traditional chicken soup with diverse dried chillies and vegetables. Unique.

Chiles en nogada
-Poblano pepper stuffed with beef picadillo and covered with a creamy gravy made on nuts base.
